You can collect your order at one of the IML order pick-up points.

Choose the address of the pick-up point convenient for you and indicate it when placing an order, in the comments to the order or to our administrator when confirming the order.

Orders confirmed before 15:00 can be delivered the next day. Orders confirmed after 15:00 can be delivered every other day.

Please open the order immediately after receiving it and in the presence of the courier.

In case of damage to the goods, file a claim with the courier, who, in your presence, will draw up an Act on the discovery of shortage or damage to the goods.

If defects are found in the goods, the buyer has the right to contact the seller. In case of contacting the seller, the buyer must fill out the appropriate form on the page of the site with a description of the problem. The letter must be accompanied by information about the documents confirming the fact and date of purchase.
